Over the moon to be headed back to Kerrville, playing main stage on Memorial Day weekend, judging the New Folk songwriting competition, and teaching in the song school! I've entered New Folk four times, made the finals (and lost) twice, taken the songwriting class twice and the guitar class once, and learned a lot every time. Kerrville is truly the deepest well of song I've found in all my travels. We stayed two weeks last year. It's more about the campfire song circles than it is about the stage. If you're serious about songs, consider joining us this year. Somebody at the gate'll tell you "welcome home" and with any luck you'll believe them.
